Ok, I"m gaffing a short in two weeks. We're using the HVX and shooting 24PN onto cards. I have a non crystal sync 5k generator and one 1.2K HMI without a flickerfree ballast. Should I expect the image to have a flicker. And YES, we're trying to AVOID the flicker.
Since the camera is really accepting 23.98 fps, am I going to need to get the crystal syn genie? and the flicker free ballast?
