HVX timelapse using Raylight to edit on VEGAS

Why does my timelapse come in at 23.976 instead of 29.970. I'm losing frames on my timelapses. Using the 2.02 version and I see I'm losing frames. Anyone know how to correct this? And if I'm correct I can't dub timelapse to tape in the HVX.

Thought I'd post in here as well. Maybe somebody from Raylight can help. Should I just bring the timelapse into raymaker and conform the frames there? Because bringing it straight into Vegas is causing some missing frames as its detecting it as 23.976 when interval can only be shot on 30p with the HVX.
