HVX + P2 Packages // Looking for great deals!

Hi all,

I know it's asked every now and then, but I'm finally ready to upgrade to the AG-HVX200, and since I'm in the market, I'm looking for a package deal from an authorized dealer any one of these specifications.

- AG-HVX200 NTSC + 2 4GB P2 Cards
- AG-HVX200 NTSC + 1 8GB P2 Cards
- AG-HVX200 NTSC + 2 8GB P2 Cards

Anyone know of any good deals out there right now? I'm also interested in the Panasonic leasing program, so, if anyone knows of a dealer who is offering an affordable package including any of the sets of items listed above, please reply. :)

That is rather enticing. *yum* haha.

However, while the P2 Store is a nice bonus, I like the idea of offloading the P2 cards to a laptop...I can at least do rough cuts on the road; it seems like a better investment of my money, anyway.

AG-HVX200 = $5200
2x 4GB P2 Cards = $1200 (rounded)
P2 Store = $1500
------------------------------
Total = $7900 (roughly)

The bundle doesn't seem to save you any money...and that $1500 used on the P2 store could go towards a laptop which can (1) hold more footage, (2) offload P2 cards quicker, (3) edit footage...idk, it kind of seems like a no-brainer to pass on B&H's package.

Am I missing something? *shrugs*
 
when u buy the cam..make sure its the american unit and not a japanese one....just do your research. Asian models will not be honoured for free repair!
