HVX or DVX w/Andromeda for film out

What's better for a film out? An HVX or an Andromedized DVX?

From what I gather, the Andromeda has better color.

Is the HVX too sharp looking and noisy?

Which looks more filmic in motion?

Which looks better in a film out?

I'd go with the Andromedized DVX. Pure uncompressed gives you that much more options. When shooting a film, you can always take your time and prepare your shots, so a tethered camera is no big deal. However, if you run and gun, the HVX would probably be better.

Run and gun is rather useful in some instances, but if you've got a dolly, then you won't be in trouble no matter what camera you use.

I also agree with the Andromeda for film-out purposes and general filmmaking unless you've GOT to have variable frame rates or run and gun capability.
