HVX Not Turning on?

So my HVX is not turning on and i have tried putting other batteries in it but still no response. I have not dropped it or anything but when I woke up this morning it simply would not turn on. Help please?
 
How has it been stored? If you are getting no response from the camera (and the batteries are all charged), they you might need to send it into panasonic.
 
The power switch is one of the first things to go on these cams... You could send it to panasonic or a local camera fix it shop.
 
There is a small battery (not the main battery) which powers the memory when the main battery is removed. If that goes south I think you will have a failure to boot. If you look in the manual, I believe it says to connect the battery eliminator to charge it. Or if it is an older cam, maybe replace it.
