HVX Mac Drivers

I'm having trouble mounting the cards on G5. It tells me that it can't recognize the HDD. I have two internal hdds and two externals. Could this be the problem?

Also, it doesn't seem that the driver software will work on a G5 according to pg e-13. Is there another driver I need?
 
Forgive my ignorance of the Mac world... is Cinema Tools something you have to buy separately, or is it a part of FCP?
 
Cinema Tools comes with the FCP Suite and allows you to reverse telecine your footage. It's pretty simple stuff.
