Hvx-m2 Test Vid

It's hard to see a big difference when you are shooting a subject against a black wall. A bigger room interview would show the fall off better and get rid of your shadow.

The wine bottle shot is nice.

Just a correction in what you said:

It gives you less depth of field, not more.

The image looks sharp.

I like your transitions. Did you use the new digital juice transitions?

re: depth of field. Yeah, I caught that mistake after a co-worker pointed it out to me, opps! Take my TV NEWS card away from me, I should of known better! HAHA

I did use the Digital Juice stuff, good stuff!

As for the shadow, I was using a lowel 250w light to light me, so basicly that light is next to the camera and pretty much in my face. This was only a test video I shot awhile ago, I'm working on better stuff. :)
