Here is a link to a music video we just completed for the Brooklyn band Object for the forthcoming single "Ghostly": http://www.objectband.com/

I directed and edited this project. Cut in FCP 5 and posted in Quicktime H.264. Let me know what you think:

very nice! Although because of where I am I had to listen to it on mute, I still found the visuals able to tell a story.

I think the slo-motion wasn't overdone also the selective focus was really good. Also had a hint of insanity in how it was shot - which I think keeps the video definately moving.

Anyone else have some comments? I was really hoping to get some feedback. Good or bad. Does the story make sense? Do you get what happens? I was worried we were too subtle with the details. If you want to tell me that you were bored and couldn't finish it, that's cool too. Although I won't have much respect for your intelligence ;)

Some nice shots, but it didn't really grab me. I didn't feel like the video completely matched the music. That might have been because of the concept; I didn't discern any kind of plot thread, but I'm running on three hours of sleep. What I think really falls short is the edit. You gotta find the hits in the music and place your cuts there, and pair your money shots with the best riffs in the song.

I loved the B/W. Selective focus was awesome. The music seemed on at times and off but thats just the artist. Thanks for sharing.
