HVX for NYC tourism

What really sucks is that they have no concept of "Color Correction". I shot all that Crazy flat, so they can manipulate it..... but alas they left it as is.......
 
Seems like one of those cases where you might want to get the look in camera, since it is out of your hands in post / they don't seem to have an interest in grading it.
 
Looks good, The elevator shot, the slow mo people in the sidewalk, and the fairy boat shot all really stand out.
If you don't mind, what settings did you shoot the "timelapse" footage at? Speed up in post?

Timur, do you ever use ND's on the front of the 35mm lenses, in lieu of stopping down via the HVX internal ND's, on say a really bright day?
 
nope never. the more light hits the GG the better. I dial in the desired DOF, then adjust exposure with the camera's Iris/ND.
