HVX/Firestore record problem

Trying to get the HVX to record to Firestore. Pushing record on the HVX gets the Firestore recording, but when finished there is no thumbnail of the video. THere is a file on the Firestore, but no video. I've followed closely the instructions in the Focus manual and Boot Camp book.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Boot Camp has nothing to do with what you're doing.

When you switch your HVX to view clips, turn off thumbnails, you won't see anything until you hit the Play button on the FS-100. Use the left and right Transport buttons to jump from one clip to another. These are the ones below the FF and RR buttons.

You won't see thumbnails, though.
