I'm on the wrong coast. Any chance they would video the informative presentations for a DVD. I'd sure be happy to buy one!

Just got back. Didn't get to say Hi to Shane because there was just too big of a mob out there but wanted to say you guys had a very illustrative hvx demo. I think there were alot of people there that were pretty surprised by what you guys accomplished and showed on your project and impressed by the camera in general. Very nice civil war footage.

What made it good also was I think it was the first time that someone actually showed how to get footage straight into final cut from mounting, to ingest, to timeline and playback. It was flawless and I'm sure people were shocked at the straightforwardness of P2 capture to onlining in DVCProHD. I bet plenty of cameras were mentally sold tonight.

It was really cool to hear Barry Braverman speak. He seems like a really cool guy and really knows his stuff. I just wish I had time to chat with him. But it really was a mob scene.

Overally, a great night for the HVX and FCP. Especially for those knowing little about the camera or thinking of getting one.
