HVX and the M2, pics and footage

I just got my M2 a couple days ago. I haven't had a really good chance to shoot with it due to the freezing cold temps and snow. But I managed to make it out for a bit yesterday. My Fx1 is being repaired so I'm using my works HVX for now. I should have more footage this week!

Lenses used are:
Sigma 300mm f/4
Nikkor 55mm f/1.4
Nikkor 35mm f/2.8

Any helpful comments or suggestions are welcome!

What kind of look are you going for? Are you looking for a cinematic feel or a more traditional video look with 35 DOF?

I liked the first shot the most, I'm thinking the 50 at 5.6/8 or something, right? The other shots didn't really grab my eye as much. I'd like them perhaps more if your were a lot tighter, almost right next to the railing, maybe handheld and it looked like they were coming down the rails right towards the lens of the camera. Are you meaning to shoot 4:3 (aesthetic choice) or is that the way the video had to be uploaded?

Unless you are telling a story. You dont need to use a 35mm adapter. And I mean a literal "EndlessSummer" story. Sports in REAL HD (Thank God your FX1 is broken) can be so beautiful. Composition was okay, and your color was flat. (It's all style, and what I say is my opinion)
