HVX 720p and FCP - MAJOR GLITCH ON DISSOLVES

Hi,

I recently shot a 45 minute documentary for a national TV broadcaster here in Canada using the HVX200 720p and edited on FCP.

What i found out was that on any dissolve, or if there was any overlays over top of the HVX footage (such as title) FCP would add 1 to 3 frames, resulting in a definite jerky look.

Has anyone else experienced this?

The online editor managed to fix it during the online session, but it did take a day's worth of work.

Am disgusted by the shoddiness of this obvious design fault. Would definately reconsider using the HVX for my next major broadcast show.
