HVX 200A Playback Audio

Does anybody know if there is a way to increase the volume of audio played back through the camera speaker? I have a new HVX 200A and the audio when I playback clips either recorded to P2 card or mini DV is barely audible with your ear pressed against the speaker.

Any thoughts?
 
There are audio level controls on the top of the camera, the +/- audio mon/var buttons. Make sure you press the + a whole bunch of times to get maximum volume.
