HVX 200 zoom problem

I'm having problems with my zoom controls on the HVX 200. The tophandle controls do not respond at all and the main pressure sensitive zoom allows me to zoom in but then begins to zoom back on its own. Any ideas on how to correct the problem? I've powered down and changed batteries but still can't get it to work properly. Thanks.
 
i ran into the "zoom back" problem a couple of times. it resolved itself. i think it was a low light thing
 
We may have to have the Zoom rocker knob changed out and then align the "Zoom Center" adjustment. At least the latter.
