HVX-200 with DOF adapter and FF recommendation

[brownhood]

Ok Gents,
It looks like I'm ready to spend on a good DOF adapter for my HVX-200. I'm very satisfied with my HVX and love using it, so I'm not really interested in purchasing a DSLR right now.... Love my HVX!
I'm asking for some recommendations/opinions on the current DOF adapters in todays market. I have the necessary rails, a Redrock micro Mattebox. I'm looking to purchase the DOF adapter and follow focus.
Thank you....Chris

I used the Brevis and Durus FF for years. I actually miss the look.
