Hey There I just got a hvx 200 and i am recording in 1920 by 1080 60i
and i am getting no Audio at all the levels are no moving at all. I have
CH 1 and CH 2 on INT(L) and INPUT 1 AND INPUT 2 on ON.
Please help.

Your rec format is 1080i/60i? And your audio dials are turned up? Do you have the level meters turned on in the display, are they showing anything?

Hi Flatlander

Most pro Panny's work the same so in your menu options you should have an "audio level meter" option or similar....So both channels are set to INT??? Have you plugged in headphones and listened?? Also plug a mic into an XLR channel and see if that works both audibily via headphones and also with the level meters.... You should get a good signal with the level controls set even at halfway. If you test the XLR channels make sure they are switched to the back inputs and the slide switch is on MIC not LINE too.

Reading the manual will also help a lot!! Page 53 is the place to go and for internal mic set CH1 to INT(L) and CH2 to INT(R)
