HV20 Compatibility With V1U Footage

[PinnacleStudios]

Hello All

Will the HV20 playback footage shot on the V1U or will I need a Sony HDV device to capture and review it?

Thanks

It should play back any Sony footage, I believe...

It does. V1U HDV footage is standard 15 GOP structure. It's only JVC 720p HDV that won't playback on the HV20.
