SHORT: Hush up awhile…Mother Nature is speaking.

It's no secret - I'm a huge flower guy...HUGE. Always have been.
Yes I ride a big loud stinky motorcycle and play drums in a hard rock band, but that's just how it is.

Mother Nature threw some of her best in my path last Sunday, and UTLR-Labs was kind enough to have just sent me one of their Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cameras. Since it was used to being pointed at beautiful things in Hawaii I figured I'd better put some good natural beauty in front of it or it's never going to like me.

So this is my neighborhood in Phoenix Arizona in Autumn.

BMPCC RAW 800iso 5600k.
Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 with the BMPCC Speedbooster.
Edited on Resolve 12.
Exposure adjustments were made to compensate for changing light conditions.
No color grading was done.
No color correction was done. I didn't touch any color wheels.

Expected more 'Discovery property wars' images. :Drogar-Happy(DBG): I like that series.

But anyway, nice shots. Only could have been anywhere in the world, add some dessert images to complete it and put it all in perspective.

And why no hardrock music used :-)

I must tell you that I genuinely feared I was about to see that horrible plunger again.

Thanks for the good words. Yeah, I had some palm tree shots, and cactus....but it didn't seem to fit against the rest of the images. But you're right - putting it in perspective would be better.
