Hi!
I am selling a really huge and complete set of Wilson Supa Frost filters, in three different sizes:
- Series 9 round
- 4 1/2" (4.5 inch) round
- 138mm round
Both White Supa Frost and Black Supa Frost for each size - so, in total, I am selling 6 (six) cases of these filters!
I won't go into detail about these unique and very rare filters (the company went out of business so they are basically impossible to find anymore). A good cinematographer knows exactly what I'm talking about it. Schneider and Tiffen tried to do glass versions of these filters (the Wilsons are acrylic) but the Supa Frosts are still delivering unique results (the halation around bright spots is truly singular). "The Natural" and "Empire of the Sun" were shot using these diffusion filters.
All 7 sets are complete "Close-Ratio" sets, made of 7 filters each: 00, 00+, 0, 0+, 1, 1+ and 2. This insures an amazing gradation curve, so you can find the perfect grade of diffusion for each particular shot/project.
See the attached photo. 6 cases x 7 filters each = 42 filters! Everything you need for every size.
I am selling them for $1,000. Less than $25 per filter. Again, very hard - if not impossible - to track down these days - especially a complete set in so many sizes.
