GH4 HSS on the GH4?

Im wondering if any one here can tell me if the Lumix line of camera, the GH4 really, can do any kind of High Sync Flash photography, If they can how does on go about it and what do we buy for the camera. We got our GH4 for video but now its our main camera and would like to get it to this if we can.

you need to buy a flash that supports hi sync shutter speeds. i can't remember off the top of my head if it supports it via triggers or cable only.
