HPX500 EVF interconnection

I need a viewfinder interconnection of standard HPX500 viewfinder. There are 20 pins and what they means. In older DVCPRO camcorders EVF interconnection are different. 1,2 - unreg in, 3 - VF +9V, 4,5 - GND, 6 - VF Video, 7 - Video GND, 8- SP CLK .... Thanks in advance.
