I just finished a two months shooting with 2 hpx500 and had 30 clips which were pointed out by Avid Media Composer 2.6 because they show an identical digit id.
We shoot an average of 500 clips per day, with 2 cameras statiscaly it may happen, but one day the same camera gave twice the same id.
Is that a chance or is there something wrong in my preparation or use of the camera?
We use Metadat t2 fonction to write the epizode nbr, camera no and sceen nbr.
On the previous project i had one hpx500 and one hvx200, FCP6/Raylight and never enconter a problem over a 4 months periode.
