HPX302 - LCD Screen not working

Hi, does anyone know why my LCD screen would suddenly stop working? I was in the middle of a shoot and the screen just turned off and I can't get it back on... at all. I've tried restarting the camera and recharging the battery, looking through the menus to see if there was anything that could have turned it off... but can't find a thing.

Also, when I choose auto iris, the iris simply closes to black.

This happened while shooting on a mountain, at low altitude, on a warm sunny day. No harsh weather at fault as far as I know.

Any thoughts anyone?

Ok, I'll do the latest update and see if that helps. Yesterday when I was shooting I could not operate the iris at all - and the camera was in manuel. The iris kept automatically closing. This was in the middle of a shoot, and I had to hold the iris open the whole time, while trying to pull-focus and adjust other stuff. I hope that update works.

Thanks

I had a problem with an HPX300 the LCD panel just quit working one day. I sent it into Panasonic and they replace a PC Board in the camera I believe.
