Here are some still photos taken while on Safari this week in Zimbabwe, filming for an upcoming episode of the TV show "The Hunt", which airs on the Sportsman Channel in the USA.

The camera used? Why the Panasonic HPX250, naturally!! It is a tough professional video camera that can easily take working in harsh environments.

Here is a good view looking out over the Zimbabwe Savannah:

Here is a photo of the host of "The Hunt", professional hunter Scott Haugen, with a Wildebeest that he has just taken. To the left of Scott is his videographer Ty Cary, who, like Scott, is also from Lane County, Oregon, where I live.

The show airs Monday evenings at 7pm on the Sportsman Channel, if you ever want to check out the footage that they create using the HPX250.

This is awesome. My company Enter360 Media Group Inc. specialized in the hunting, shooting and military/law enforcement products for 9 years. I wound it down in 2008 to pursue a dream of making movies, and moved from Canada to LA, but I might ramp it up again. I miss taking clients on safari for Christmas presents and hunting in general. I took my oldest boy to Arizona to hunt coyotes, javelina and mountain lion when he was 10. He's 17 now. I had the chance to do my own hunting show back in 2004, but my kids were too young and I was a single dad with 50/50 custody and an ad agency and software development company to run. I plan to produce my own show one day soon for sure, and maybe one or two shows for others, as well as get back into commercials to serve that industry.
