ok so when i use the Detail scene file when i film my buddies skating i always see a Glow, around their body if you would like to see what i mean watch this.

im sure it has to do with the scene file because it doesnt do that with any other scenes.

Yep, that's what'll happen. Remember that in any setting, there is always a tradeoff. In the DETAIL scene file it was an experiment to see just how razor-sharp and crispy the camera could be. The tradeoff is that you get edge-enhancement haloes on high contrast transitions.

So, yes, that's to be expected. All the scene files in the EXTREMES package are, well, "extreme". They're meant to explore the limits, but that doesn't necessarily make them wise choices for general shooting.
