I don't have that lens to sell, but I am considering buying and HPX500 and was thinking about looking into the same lens as well, or possibly the XA17x7.6BRM (basically the same lens without the doubler). I was wondering if anyone had ever experimented with a wide angle adapter, like the 16x9 Inc. 0.6x adapter ( http://tinyurl.com/2fvdd9h ) with a CAC lens.

Specifically I am wondering how this might affect the CAC function of the lens. I know that CAC greatly minimizes chromatic aberrations in less expensive glass, so I am just curious if adding a new piece of glass in front (even if it is high quality) will throw a wrench into the works of the CAC settings specific to that lens.

I'll keep my eyes open, Arrow, and let you know if I come across anywhere that that lens can be had for a deal ;)
