HPX 302 as webcam

I'd like to use my HPX 302EN as a webcam. I have been trying to use the USB out to get a live video stream into a Mac to stream onto the net with a LiveF5 account. Will this work.
 
I think you're gonna have to take the firewire output from in DV

Kind of a odd usage for the camera though..

I'm using the 302 so an operator can shoot for Video Conf, its a bit hard to use traditional VC cameras and get good pictures.
I'll try Firewire.
 
What works well with the 300 (although you need to run in
standard def) is the Adobe Flash encoder (which is a free
download from their site). It only runs on Windows (right now).

That (with a re-broadcast service (of which there are many))
give a pretty darn good looking webcast...
