HPX 300- Question About Setting it for Slow Motion

I've had the HPX300 for several years but it's been awhile since I had to overcrank for slo mo, which I need to do tomorrow morning. I must be having a brain fart because I have it in 720 AVCIntra 10030P as the manual states, I put the frame rate at 60 which should slow it down by 100% correct? Yet when I playback it is at regular speed?

What am I setting incorrectly?

You want 30pN, not 30P, and you will get a 50% slowdown.
