Check out "Cold Calls" in TwilightFest, that was shot on the HPX170 using a Letus Ultimate (with the HVX 82mm achromat, had to use a 72mm->82mm step-up ring).
The HPX170/Letus Ultimate is a good combination. Using the Letus achromat for the HVX200A yields better edge to edge focus with 170 than the 200A. The 200A has a different focus number in the center vs. sides/corners and is obvious in real life, not just charts.
The sharper LCD display of the 170 with three focus assists and waveform monitor are also helpful for 35mm DOF use. I like mounting a Panasonic LH80 on the 170 using the HD SDI out, and focus in red mode, but the 170's focus bar works well also.
The small size and lightweight of the 170 are also helpful when using a 35mm DOF adapter.
