K kevob Member Feb 10, 2008 #1 take a look HERE i think the waves are giving the effect of too high a shutter speed with the stuttering effect but i can also see motion blur an the rider as he changes direction have i got it too high or too low or does my problem lie else where?

Jon Starr Veteran Feb 10, 2008 #2 Well what was your shutter speed? Looks like your problem lies with the fact that it might be interlaced. Possibly. I don't see shutter speeds doing that.
