Hello All,

How do I post some screen grabs?

Also why does my posting rules say You may not post attachments????

Thanks all,
MLCinema

Hey Jason!!

Everyone here hosts their pictures elsewhere and links to them.
The DVXuser site doesn't offer image hosting. So--we link to them.

To make sure the pictures are displayed, a little code must be implemented, like this one:

url]

If you follow this format and without the spaces then your pictures will show up.
Can't wait to see your stuff!

O...ok....wait

O...ok....wait

If I have a picture on my web site I know I can link to it....but how can i get it to show up on DVX user within my post?

Thanks

Click on Go Advanced under Quick reply at the bottom. That brings up the advanced screen with smileys and more features. Then click on the mountain postcard icon. It should be the fifth icon from the right. It'll pop up a screen to put your html image link into. Paste and that should do it.

Sorry this has been troublesome to get working, Jason. That link doesn't exist.
This one does:

Hope this helps. I think they can be any format a browser can display.
In this case, it was probably just a bad link that was the source of your woes.

Best,
Brian
