How to view both LCD AND EVF

We were on a shoot today and for the life of me I couldn't figure out how to set the camera so I could look through the EVF but still have LCD on. It was set that way before but something must've changed...I know it will be a 'duh' moment when I get the answer. Thanks in advance.

Its not intuitive and so my AC has written it down to save in the camera case. He got tired of hunting it down in the manual!

I will quote his note.

Turn off SDI Output
AV In/Out Menu > SDI OUT>Off

then:
Display Menu
EVF MODE (on) Color (off) B/W

That's it Shooter thanks! I recently bought a Marshall SDI monitor and had of course switched the menu to SDI out. Weird that that would turn off the EVF but at least I now know the fix. Thanks again.
