F5: How to upgrade to F55 level?

I've heard that it is possible via upgrades and hardware to bring an F5 to the level of the F55... Is this literally true? If so I would considering getting an F5 and building it out over time - what all does it entail? Also, what truly are the main differences between an F5 (w 4k upgrade) and an F55?
 
It has to be done all at one go.. they change the sensor and CFA and I guess some other stuff .. the cost is the same as just buying a F55..(plus the F5) if you want a F55 just buy one.. but the F5 now does come with internal 4K (switched on).. before it was a $1,000 electronic key up grade..

If you are just shooting for TV I personally doubt the $15,000 or so is worth the extra color space and Sensor/ CFA.. which Sony has never really actually made clear AFAIK.. certainly it is not the same as the F65 sensor.., except the "CFA Dyes" are different.. the big difference was internal 4K.. which due to the hack is no longer the case..
 
But if you want the F55, right now with the promo which includes both F55 and FS5, you could potentially sell your used F5 and the new FS5 and be into the F55 for less than the $15K upgrade cost.

Unless the majority of your clients are stating the F5 is not acceptable and the F55 is, I feel the increase in cost at this point (F5 having 4K) is not worth it.
