I have just graduated from the FIreStore-100 and using P2 cards.
I was able to connect the camera to the computer via firewire.
I clicked on LOG AND TRANSFER, which enabled me to view and play my clips, then ADD SELECTION to QUEUE.
I saw the progress bar move as it appeared to be downloading the clips to the designated folder on my hard drive, much like
the Fire-Store experience.
I was then able to see the file in my bin. I was also able to click on it to see it play in the browser.
BUT all of a sudden the red diagonal like strikes through it and the media goes OFF LINE.
I cannot find the clip anywhere on my computer.
Did I actually download anything?
Am I following the right steps?
