Hi all,
I am so glad to have re-found this forum. I am getting a lot of conflicting answers to the following questions. I hope you can help.
I am shooting a low budget (high profile) hour-long workout video. The shoot is two camera and I have an audio source that I need to play live for the girls to exercise to, as well as needing to have the cameras sync'd.
I had thought that I might be able to record the music to a mini-dv or DVCAM tape and use my Sony DSR-45 deck for playback, and (somehow) output the TC from the DSR into the two HVXs.
There will be a lot of stop and retakes since the workout routine is fast and difficult, and I am really concerned about having a nightmarish post with this one.
Any thoughts as to how I can affordably and effectively TC sync the audio and the two hvx cameras?
Thanks a bunch,
Matt
