How to switch to different picture profile?

I was reading a thread here and on the "other" forum about picture profiles. Do I just replace the .setup file with the new file or do I need to do some additional loading in the EX1 menus?

you push the picture profile button on the back of the camera, and set them up yourself as far as I know

I thought there is an easier to load the.setup file instead of typing all those settings one by one.
