How to send large files over web?

THIS
http://getsync.com/

BitTorrent Sync. No middle man or in between servers. Works peer to peer. I use this to transfer footage with people I am working with remotely. The greatest part is the upload/download happens simultaneously, so there's none of that "hey you can download it when I finish uploading..." - it's all simultaneous. And there is no file size limit. Send 100gb if you want.

I'm using Dropbox. I haven't seen anything that's as user-reliable, user-friendly (you don't have to explain to your client how it works), and fast as well. Also you can send/share to multiple accounts.

If the file is more than 5GB, they also offer pro plans. $10 for 100GB

I also use Dropbox. No complaints.

For large files for limited audiences ( and small files for large audiences ) I've had great success with Google Drive, which has a much simpler interface than most of the DropBox style services.

I have used all of these…..
My clients prefer wetransfer.com
It is the easiest for most clients to use.
My clients (some not being IT savvy) hated dropbox…..some of them could never get it to work.
Hightail comes in second.

I use adobe sendnow. I have had a lot of trouble with hightail which is why I left them. The service wasn't as bad when it was yousendit.

There's also Box (box.com). A Dropbox knock-off but that offers 50gb free as standard (compared to dropbox's 2gb?).
And of course it also has apps for iPad, iPhone etc...
