How to screen 100 min FCP 720p timeline on big screen?

I thought I'd be able to burn a blu-ray disc using the FCP studio. That seems to be a near impossibilty

I've been searching this topic on several forums and can't find any answers.

Whats my next best option for an exported product (whether it be blu-ray/tape/etc?) at a high quality without breaking the bank?

I have a Mac Pro. FCP studio.

All my footage is shot with an HVX200 at 720p.

Roxio Toast 9 will author Blu-Ray, assuming you have a Blu-Ray burner.

I have access to an external blu-ray burner

Based on everything I've read, though, Roxio alone is not enough....is that untrue?
