How To Report Spam and/or Contact Moderator

There is a little exclamation point underneath the poster's info. Click on that to report it. Except for my posts :)

The Capt is correct, use the big triangle under the poster's avatar to report a post, that will send a message through e-mail to all moderators so someone will deal with it in short order.

As for individual moderators, with specific issues, there is a large degree of overlap and no one individual has much of a lock on any specific area, but there are a few who take the lead in certain subjects.

Jarred and Jason are the administrators and they handle all low-level code-related subjects, changing user names, resetting passwords or membership-related items.

For marketing and sponsorship issues, Jason Ramsey is the marketing manager and handles all such queries.

For the DVX Fest, Barry_S and Larry_R are festmasters.

For the ScriptFest, Isaac Brody and Larry_R are the festmasters.

Other mods have staked out certain forums that they have a specific interest in; Timur Civan is most involved with the 35mm adapter forum, Jeremy Ordan with the still photography forum, Larry R and Isaac Brody with the screenwriting forum, Jack Daniel Stanley with the directing forum, etc.

None of these are exclusive assignments though; all mods "float" and all overlap and all consult with others. There is no "czar" over any specific area (with the exception of marketing/advertising; Jason's the only mod who deals with the business issues like that, unless Jarred or I need to somehow be involved).

For business/site ownership issues, that's Jarred and me.

As far as getting ahold of any particular moderator, the private messaging system is the best way to do that.
