How To ReCreate This Flat "Apple Look"?

Ok. Been trying for DAYS to recreate this look.

See how the video below are dull yet crisp. How do they do that?

Video 2

I'm using a 50mm lens at 2.8. Camera is 10ft from subject. Using 1 softbox on subject and reflector. 4 lights on the back. My video keeps looking like it's shot on video. I'm using a 60D. You'd never know. I'm using a neutral style.

So how do I get the flat look of these. One video is using a ring light. I'd like to use a ring light but I need to be about 10 fee away. Don't know if ring light will reach that far.

Any tips appreciated.

The Last Pic (#3 Girl) is my attempt to replicate Pics #1 and Pics #2.

By using all the lighting positions 10, 2, 4 and 8 o'clock. Looking at the first image - something like diffused kenos at 4 and 8 or maybe a touch tighter. Non diffused kenos or kenos closer to subject and either a bit more cut on the right side or the light is a little closer to 12 than the other.

By using more powerful lights at the rear or front or moving lights closer or further away from these positions will eventually replicate fairly well what you see above. Theres a bit more to the mix which comes down to lighting ratios, light height etc.
