i need to shot a scene in wich a flower dead. i think it occoured a week how to shot this scene with a divx 100 be?

You can't; the DVX100B doesn't have a time-lapse function. The only way you could do it would be to connect the DVX to a computer running a time-lapse capture program, or to a firestore hard-disk recorder and using the firestore's time-lapse function.
