How to post an image?

Hi

If someone can explain how to post an image into a message body I can post a shot of the JVC on the shoulder. Thought this might give you an idea of size.

PAL specs: 720p/50 1080i/50 output
3-CCD, 16:9, Native Resolution 1280x720 pixels

Oddly the pdf says 24p HD, which is unusual for a PAL version...

The photo is from a JVC UK PR pdf sent out today.
