How to open Blackout-Powell Patch.zip for 'B' Settings on a Macbook Pro?

Hi, I got the following message from great member Powell a while back, but I wanted to know how I do this on a Macbook pro. I have installed Wine Bottler and I go into Ptools and manually input patch details without issue, but the activating it by clicking B part, how do i do that?
Help please.

"If you manually input only the settings listed in your post into PTool, then you did not get the complete settings for the Blackout-Powell Native 24p Patch. To make certain the patch is installed properly, I recommend downloading the PTool INI file, and activating it by clicking the "B" button in PTool:

After you open the INI file in a text editor and manually copy the patch settings into PTool, you are then ready to save a patched firmware file to disk. For future reference, you can then also save those settings to PTool's "B" button (by pressing the Shift key while clicking on the B button). By doing so, you will create your own version of the INI file, stored in your PTool folder with the name "setb.ini".
