How to meter off the face of subject

Greetings,
I shoot some corporate events with my HVX 200. Sometimes the presenter will walk over to a large display & refer to his PowerPoint. These screens emit lots of light & cause the camera (on Auto) to severely darken the face of the presenter. How can I get the camera to meter off the face of the presenter?

Turn off auto exposure and use zebras for their faces. I don't believe there is a way to do it automatically.

Not too too sure, but doesnt the camera offer a way to select your metering spot, average, or whole screen etc.?
 
Youll just have to expose for your presenter and turn auto exposure off. But if the presenter ends up moving to diff. positions with diff. lighting you'll have to change your exposure on the fly.
