how to get this look with he hvx?

I am trying to get this greyish color look with the hvx, like in the video below. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

Yes, turn the chroma level all the way down to -7. And put your matrix on normal. Even so, there might still be too much color and you may have to desaturate in post to get it all the way to where you want it.
