How to get this light configuration?

For just the shots where she's on the black background? Looks like a key light with mild diffusion, little or no side fill, and no back light. Get some duvetyne or other black fabric for the backdrop... just make sure that it's pure black, as some "black" fabric can actually reflect a slightly red tint. Lighting should allow you to stop down, thus allowing the backdrop to disappear.
