GH2 how to get these shots?

I bought a GH2 two weeks ago. I have the 14-42 lens, a 28mm sigma fd lens, a canon 70-210mm lens, with a fd adpt. I haven't completely figured it out yet. lol I'm really new to video, and this is my first dlsr. I have been using a canon hv30 for about a year now( just a little back ground for more info). It seems like anytime i slightly move with my GH2 the shot is completely distorted. Tripod/monopod shots look wonderful. The panny lens is a lot more stable than the others. How can i get some sweeping shots like i see on some videos out there? Would a shoulder rig help? I had a uflycam steadycam style rig for my hv30 but it seemed worse than handheld, so i sold it. this is a video of what i am trying to get close to, i'm not sure what equipment he uses but i love the way it looks.
Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

They probably shot with a broadcast cam, which is naturally smoother, and use a professional steadicam on top of it. You can get the professional look, but only if you got a professional budget.

Not a ton of steady cam. Looks like EX1 and or 5d footage to me. The key ingredient here is skill for this kind of shooting, and the only way to get that is to pay for it (as the above poster suggested) or keep refining your skills. But you can do this with the cameras in your arsenal.
