How to find good DP & Crew to shoot Pilot presentation in LOS ANGELES? Budget 5,000+

Any other tips on how to find a great DP & crew to hire in Los Angeles to bring on board on this project. Any seriously good DPs here in DVXUSER located in Los Angeles? Will shoot a teaser trailer to help sell a TV series to major networks (one very big, popular TV network has previously shown interest and am planning to set up appointments with other networks to pitch this to).

There are several LA DPs on DVXUser. Only guys I've worked with on here are Ryan Patrick O'Hara and Andrew Brinkhaus...both top notch guys...

Is your TOTAL budget $5000, or is that just the budget for camera crew?
