I use adobe premiere cs6 and just tried to export some footage i shot at 4k. It edited at 4096x2160 and when i render the footage it moves everything up and leaves a thin black line at the bottom of the video. If i reframe it to fit then render again it adds the black bar again. I tried to export anyway and i have no options and it wont let me costume size the video to 4k. How do you guys export?

Not sure what's happening regarding your rendering problem, but for exporting you have to make sure the "Level" is at 5.1 in your export settings to be able to use 4096x2160 in the dimensions.

I don't use Premier but if you are trying to export to 1920x1080, be aware that C4K is slightly wider than what you are exporting to, and I guess the software is cropping it for you to fit a 16:9 aspect ratio. Can't help with a solution, but perhaps that helps to focus on the problem.

Yea the timeline was adjusted right, if i moved the video down it fit perfectly but when i rendered it would push the video up a little and leave the black bar. I exported and just clicked match sequence settings and i think it fixed this problem. Here is the exported video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VlvxAPelK_E&hd=1

I cant tell if the black bar is a little thicker at the bottom than the top because of this or if the problem resolved itself in exporting.
